Inspection Comments | FOLLOW UP FOR #57: THE FACILITY HAS PRINTED THE FOOD HANDLER TRAINING MATERIAL FROM THE SERVSAFE WEBSITE AND TRAINING EMPLOYEES USING THIS. THE EMPLOYEES ARE TAKING THE PRACTICE EXAM AS THE FINAL EXAM AND THE CERTIFICATES ARE BEING FILLED OUT BY HAND. ALL FOOD HANDLER TRAINING MUST BE DONE THROUGH AN ANSI CERTIFIED PROGRAM, WITH THIS PROGRAM PROVIDING THE TRAINING, EXAM, AND CERTIFICATION. SERVSAFE IS THE ANSI CERTIFIED COMPANY THAT DAIRY QUEEN HAS USED IN THE PAST AND CAN STILL PROVIDE THIS SERVICE. FOLLOW UP WILL OCCUR ON 11/9/23. |
